- 09:16 ... It's major. Waiting for next guy to come to assess options. #
- 13:15 Started Roads&Boats late last night, had to stop to sleep. Hope to resume soon and finish it out. #
- 13:16 Meanwhile, need to replace the upstairs A/C unit. Whee. #
